Nodety — Sub-processors
List of sub-processors engaged by Nodety Limited pursuant to the Data Processing Agreement at nodety.com/legal/dpa.
Nodety will notify Users by email at least fourteen (14) days before engaging a new sub-processor or replacing an existing one, in accordance with the Sub-processor provisions of the Data Processing Agreement.
Applicability
Not all sub-processors apply to all Deployment Models. The table below indicates whether each sub-processor is engaged for all Deployment Models or only where Nodety manages the relevant infrastructure component. Enterprise Users on non-default Deployment Models should refer to the applicable column and to their Quotation for the Deployment Model in effect.

Transfer safeguards
Where sub-processors process data outside the EU/EEA and UK, Nodety ensures appropriate safeguards are in place as described in the Privacy Policy at nodety.com/legal/privacy, including EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Changes
Nodety will update this page when sub-processors are added, removed, or replaced, and will notify Users in accordance with the Sub-processor provisions of the Data Processing Agreement.
