What payment methods can I use?

Our global payment methods are credit cards and Paypal. For certain countries we offer additional local payment methods. For payment fulfillment we use Stripe which is a highly reputable and widely used payment provider.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription go to your personal account in the Nodety web app by clicking your name at the bottom left. Then click the Billing button at the top. This opens the Stripe billing settings where you can cancel your subscription by clicking the “Cancel plan” button at the top right.

Where can I see my invoices and receipts?

To see and download your invoices go to your personal account in the Nodety web app by clicking your name at the bottom left. Then click the Billing button at the top. This opens the Stripe billing settings. Scroll down to Invoice History to see all your invoices. Click an invoice to download it or the receipt.

Where can I change my payment settings?

To change your payment settings go to your personal account in the Nodety web app by clicking your name at the bottom left. Then click the Billing button at the top. This opens the Stripe billing settings. Scroll a little down to see the Payment Method section where you can change your payment method.

How can I change my billing address?

To change or set your billing address go to your personal account in the Nodety web app by clicking your name at the bottom left. Then click the Subscription button at the top. This opens the Stripe billing settings. Scroll down to Billing where you edit your billing address.
